Chapter 8 – Gravitation explains the force of attraction between objects due to their masses. It introduces Newton’s Universal Law of Gravitation, which describes how every object in the universe attracts every other object. The chapter also explains concepts such as gravitational force, acceleration due to gravity (g), and variation of g with altitude and depth.
